This is a strong self-adhesive flashing tape comprising of an aluminium foil and a bitumen rubber adhesive. This Flashband bonds to a wide range of substrates forming a durable barrier, which is watertight and weatherproof. It is simple and easy to apply by pressing the tape into place by hand. It can withstand most weather conditions and can be used in a huge variety of places such as metal boxes, gutters, down-pipes, window frames, protruding pipes,cement box gutters, chimneys, pipe vents, ridging and capping, under window sills, boat leaks, etc.
